SPRING CHOCOLATE LOLLIPOPS




Are you looking for a FUN and creative activity to do with your family? If so, we have the perfect suggestion that will make your entire family smile--homemade chocolate lollipops!

MELT THE CHOCOLATE: Melt chocolate wafers in the microwave in a glass dish for 30 seconds. Stir well. Melt again for another 15-20 seconds. Stir well. It is essential that you stir well to prevent burning the chocolate.

POUR IN CHOCOLATE MOLDS: Next, you will want to pour the chocolate in the molds. It is essential that you do this quickly because chocolate starts to set-up very fast. If the chocolate is getting hard before you finish, melt for another 5 seconds and stir, stir, stir!

LET COOL AND ENJOY: Let the chocolate set-up completely before you try to take it out of the molds. I would suggest a few hours. Then, take the chocolate out of the molds carefully and ENJOY!



Note: We took an egg carton and cut it into a section with three eggs slots. Then, we poked one hole per egg slot with a kabob stick. Lastly, we painted the egg carton with vibrant colors! We used this as a holder to display the lollipops!
